100 | | eggs |
10 | cups | milk |
4 | tsp. | salt |
2 | lbs. | margarine |
2 | tsp. | non-fat dry milk |
2 | tsp. | lemon juice |
2 | cup | pimento |
2 | cup | green pepper |
- Remove eggs from refrigerator and prepare only amount needed.
- Break eggs into a clean sanitized mixing bowl. Beat slightly on medium speed.
- Combine milk, non-fat dry milk, lemon juice, salt, pimento, and green pepper.
- Melt margarine and divide equally into steamtable pans. (12x20x2)
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Stirring occasionally
Yield: 100 (1/4 cup serving)
