30 | hard boiled eggs, chopped | |
1 | pt. | black olives, sliced |
1 | lb. | toasted almonds, sliced |
1 | qt. | mayonnaise |
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and toss lightly. Chill.
Yield: 4 quarts
Chef's Tips: Cucumbers may substitute for olives. Substitute French Dressing for mayonniase, if desired.
