Cooked Cabbage

  1. Cut cabbage into wedges (small). Dissolve beef base or cubes with a small amount of water.

  2. Cook, covered, using medium heat until tender.

  3. Combine margarine and mustard.

  4. Pour over cooked cabbage.
Yield: 100 1/2 cup servings
