Cooked Cabbage

15 | lbs. | cabbage wedges |
2/3 | lb. | margarine, melted |
1 | cup | prepared mustard |
3 | tbsp. | beef base or cubes |
- Cut cabbage into wedges (small). Dissolve beef base or cubes with a small amount of water.
- Cook, covered, using medium heat until tender.
- Combine margarine and mustard.
- Pour over cooked cabbage.
Yield: 100 1/2 cup servings
