4 | bunches | green onions with tops, sliced |
16 | oz. | chopped green chilies |
11 | oz. | pitted ripe olives, sliced |
4 | cups | slivered almonds |
40 | oz. | shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
4 | cups | mayonnaise |
4 | cups | sour cream |
10 | cups | crushed potato chips |
Combine the first six ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss. Spoon into four greased 13x9x1" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
