Bread Sticks

1 | quart | water, warm |
41/2 | lbs. | roll mix |
11/2 | oz. | bakers yeast |
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Follow instructions on containers for mixing and proofing dough.
- Divide dough into 4 pieces, 1 lb. 10 oz. each.
- Roll each piece into long rectangle 3/8 inch thick and 7 inches wide. Cut crosswise into strips 3/8 inch wide.
- Place on greased 18 x 26-inch sheet pan 1 inch apart.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving size: 3 sticks
