Beef/Cheese Casserole

dehydrated onions

tomato sauce

#10 cans
ketchup

garlic powder

qts.
basil

tsp.
thyme

boiled and sliced potatoes

lbs.
grated cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef with onions. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup and seasonings.
Divide meat into steamtable pans. Top with boiled potatoes, then grated cheddar cheese.
cook uncovered for 35 minutes, at 350 degrees.
