12	cups	catsup (1 No. 10 can)
3	qts.	water
2	cups	cider vinegar
2	tbsp.	salt
1	tsp.	black pepper
4	oz.	granulated sugar
1	tsp.	chili powder
1/4	cup	Worcestershire sauce
1	tbsp.	hot pepper sauce
4	oz.	onion, grated

Combine all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Baste chick or meat with sauce during cooking.

Yield: approximately 1 1/2 gallons
