Yum-Yum Coffee Cake

Called Yum-Yum 'cause it is so yummy!
1/2 | cup | butter |
2 | cups | sifted flour |
1 | teaspoon | baking soda |
1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
1 | teaspoon | vanilla |
1 | cup | sugar |
2 | | eggs |
1 | teaspoon | baking powder |
1 | cup | sour cream |
| Topping: | |
1/3 | cup | brown sugar |
1/4 | cup | sugar |
1 | teaspoon | cinnamon |

Cream butter until soft. Add sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
- Srir in vanilla.
- Pour 1/2 of the batter in a bundt or 9-inch springform pan. Combine ingredients for topping. Cover batter with 1/2 of the topping mixture.
Pour rest of batter over topping and top with remaining topping mixture.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes with bundt pan or 45 minutes with springform pan.
