Turtle Cake Frosting
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
| 1 | stick | margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons | cocoa |
| 6 | tablespoons | evaporated milk |
| 1 | box | powdered sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla |
- Melt in a small saucepan margarine, cocoa, and evaporated milk.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over cool cake.
