Comment = This is a moist, quick and delicious cake that many people will think is a brownie.

CAKE
2	sticks	margarine
1	cup	water
4	tbl.	cocoa
2	cups	sugar
2	cups	flour
1/2	tsp.	salt
2		eggs
1	cup	sour cream
1	tsp.	baking soda

• Preheat oven to 375.
• BRING TO BOIL the margarine, water and cocoa.
• REMOVE FROM HEAT & ADD, sugar, flour and salt.
• BEAT IN, eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
• Pour into cookie sheet (13 x 15) that has been lined with foil.
• Bake 20 -22 minutes until done. Remove from oven and pour frosting (below) over top while cake is still hot. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.

  TIP: If you line pan with foil so it overlaps the edges, you can pull up the overlap so the frosting won't drip over the edges.

FROSTING:
1	stick	margarine
4	tbl.	cocoa
6	tbl.	milk
1	lb.	powdered sugar
1	tsp.	vanilla

• BRING TO BOIL the margarine, cocoa and milk
• REMOVE FROM HEAT & ADD the powdered sugar and vanilla.
• Beat well and pour over top of cake as soon as it is removed from oven.
