Serves 12-16.

2	sticks	Margarine
2 1/2	C	Flour
2	C	Sugar
1	C	Chopped nuts
2		Eggs
1	jar	Junior mashed sweet potatoes baby food
1	med can	Crushed pineapple and juice
2	tsp	Vanilla
1	tsp	Cinnamon
1	tsp	Salt
2	tsp	Baking soda

• In 9x13 pan, melt the butter. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into pan.
• Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then 325 for 40 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
