Sunny Morning Breakfast Cake

4 | | eggs |
1/2 | cup | sugar |
3/4 | cup | oil |
1 | pkg | yellow cake mix |
1 | cup | sour cream |
3/4 | cup | chopped nuts |
1/4 | cup | dark brown sugar |
1 | tbsp | cinnamon |
- Beat eggs until thick and fluffy
- Add the 1/2 cup sugar and the oil and beat again
- Blend in the cake mix, sour cream, and nuts
- Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan
- Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon
- Sprinkle over the batter. Swirl lightly with a knife
- Pour remaining batter into bundt pan
- Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean
- Great served with fresh berries!
