3	C	Flour
3	C	Sugar
1/4	tsp	Soda
1	C	Sour cream
1	C	Butter
6		Eggs, separated

• Sift flour and measure; add soda and sift twice more. Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add cream, then flour and soda mixture.
• Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
• Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
