Better Than Sex Cake #3
From the Kitchen of: Judibug
| Cake |
| 1 | box | Yellow Cake Mix |
| 8 | ozs | Sour Cream |
| 3 | | Eggs |
| 1 | small box | Vanilla Instant Pudding |
| 1/2 | cup | Crisco Oil |
| 1/2 | cup | Water |
| 6 | ozs | Milk Chocolate Chips |
| 1/2 | cup | Chopped Pecans |
| 1 | pkg | German Chocolate (bar) |
Mix first six ingredients well. Then fold in milk chocolate chips and pecans. Shave entire German Chocolate bar (make sure to save some for the topping, about 1/4 will do). Stir well. Grease and flour pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
| Frosting |
| 1 | stick | Margarine or butter |
| 1 | 8 ozs pkg | Cream Cheese |
| 1 | box | Confectioner's Sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | Chopped Pecans |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
Mix all ingredients. Apply on cake after it has cooled sufficiently. Use remaining German Chocolate shavings to top cake. Invite lots of friends and enjoy.
