Rocky Road Nut Cake

1½ | C | Flour |
1¾ | C | Sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
4 | | Eggs--unbeaten |
1 | tsp | Vanilla |
1 | C | Nuts--chopped |
1 | C | Butter melted |
4 | C | Miniature marshmallows |
- Sift together flour, sugar, salt. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in chopped nuts. Fold in butter. Mix well.
- Turn into 9x13" pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 350° for 35-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle immediately after removing from oven the marshmallows over the top. Drizzle with icing.

1 | C | Brown sugar--packed |
1/3 | C | Milk |
1/4 | C | Butter |
1/4 | tsp | Salt |
1 | C | Sifted powdered sugar |
- Combine in small pan brown sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes. Add sifted powdered sugar and beat well.
