Red Velvet Cake #2

Cake
1/2	cup	Sugar
1	tsp	Baking Soda
1	tsp	Cocoa
1	cup	Buttermilk
1/2	cup	Oil
1	tsp	Vinegar
2	cup	Eggs
1	tsp	Vanilla Extract
1	cup	Milk
1	1 oz.	Bottle Red Food Coloring

Sift together the dry ingredients. Add other ingredients IN ORDER and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cake tests done.

Frosting
1	stick	Margarine
1	8 ozs pkg	Cream Cheese
1	box	Confectioner's Sugar
1/2	tsp	Vanilla Extract
1	cup	Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Allow margarine and cream cheese to soften. Beat until creamed. Add confectioner's sugar and continue beating until creamy. Add vanilla extract and nuts, mixing well. NOTE: For more generous frosting, double recipe.
