Peanut Butter Icing
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
| 2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | peanut butter |
| 2/3 | cup | milk |
| 1/2 | cup | shortening |
| 2 | tsp. | vanilla |
- Combine sugar and peanut butter; add melted shortening and milk.
- Boil 2 min., stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; add vanilla and beat until creamy.
- If too thick, add a little milk.
