Pecan Pumpkin Crumble

This is the most delicious dessert you will ever experience. If you like pumpkin pie, you will love this dessert. It will
replace the traditional pumpkin pie served at Thanksgiving!
1 | cup | sugar |
1-1/1 | teaspoons | pumpkin pie spice |
2 | | eggs |
1 | 16 oz. can | solid pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) |
1 | 12 oz. can | evaporated skim milk |
1 | pkg | cake mix, white or lemon such as Pillsbury |
1/2 | cup | canola oil |
3/4 | cup | chopped walnuts or pecans (both are good but pecans are better!) |
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin pie
spice, eggs, pumpkin and evaporated skim milk; blend well. Pour into
ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with dry cake mix; drizzle evenly with oil. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Refrigerate until chilled; cut into squares.
12 servings.
