chocolate pudding cake mix

ouzo

oil

cup
water

SYRUP:
1
cup
sugar
1
cup
water
2
whole
cloves
1
12-inch stick
cinnamon
1
cup
honey
2
tablespoons
ouzo
Combine all ingredients except the nuts. Pour into pan and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool, then poke holes in top of cake. Spoon hot syrup (recipe follows) over cool cake.
For Syrup:
Boil water, sugar and spices until mixture reaches the syrup stage. Remove from heat, remove cinnamon stick and cloves with a slotted spoon and add honey and ouzo. Stir well.
