1/2 | Tsp. | Cinnamon |
Sprinkle yeast in warm water. Heat milk til film forms over top. Pour into mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and butter. Stir. Beat 1/2 cup flour into milk. Beat egg slightly. Stir into milk with yeast. Add rest of flour and beat hard. Grease larger bowl. Turn dough into it; cover and let it double. Grease 9" pan. Punch down dough and put into pan. Spread dough. Drop jam by spoonfuls and swirl into cake dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover and let double. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
