MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

Hope you like this, it has been a favorite of my family for years.
CAKE |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix |
1/3 cup veg. oil |
3 eggs |
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice |
- Mix 2 - 3 minutes, with mixer.
- Pour into greased and floured pans, either 2 or 3 round.

Bake at 350 - 30 mins or until bounces back when
touched lightly in center.

Cool 10 minutes in pans, remove and coolcompletely.
FROSTING |
1- 8 or 9 oz. cool whip. |
1- 3 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding |
1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice |
- Beat all ingredients together with mixer and frost layers.
To Serve
- Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
