Lucy's Trifle Cake (revised)

This is so easy and Oh so good.
1 | | Sara Lee Pound Cake |
1 | large pkg. | Strawberries* |
1 | pkg. | Instant Vanilla Pudding |
1 | pkg. | Cool Whip |
| | Nuts, chopped |
Mix instant pudding according to package directions.
Gently fold chopped nuts into Cool Whip.
Slice cake and place in bottom of dish.
Layer Strawberries, pudding, Cool Whip and nuts.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
*Can use other fruit.
