1 | 8 oz. can | pineapple -- crushed not drained |

1/4 | cup | applesauce |
2 | tablespoons | granulated sugar |
1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour an 8x8-inch pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix dry ingredients (reserve granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for topping) together. Mix remaining ingredients together then stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Pour into pan and top with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
