Lime Glaze

  1. Sift confectioners’ sugar into a medium bowl.
  2. Add lime juice; stir until smooth. Stir in the lime zest.
  3. Use the glaze immediately.
  4. Makes 1 1/3 cups
  5. This glaze is great for cupcakes or cookies.
