With just two ingredients and two minutes to throw together, this low-fat cake is an incredible quick, easy and delicious treat. Adapted from an old Weight Watchers recipe.

1	package	angel food cake mix
16	ounces	crushed pineapple

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Stir together the cake mix ingredients and undrained pineapple until well blended. Spray a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan.
• Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cake tests done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool completely, refrigerate any leftovers.
