Lemon Delicious Cake

1 | pkg | Lemon moist cake |
1 | tbsp | lemon extract |
| Glaze | |
1/4 | C | Lemon juice |
1½ | C | Powdered sugar |
| Frosting | |
1 | pkg (4 oz) | 1 Lemon instant pudding |
1 | 8 oz. | Cool whip |
1 | C | Cold milk |
Prepare cake as per package instructions, adding lemon extract. Bake according to package instructions.
Prepare glaze and while cake is still hot pierce with fork all over. Cover cake with glaze.
For Frosting: Combine pudding mix and milk in small bowl; beat slowly with rotary beater about 1 minute. Fold in Cool whip.
When cake is cold, spread frosting over cake.
Refrigerate.
