Heartland Supreme Cake

Heartland Supreme Cake
1	C	Butter
2	C	Sugar
3		Eggs
2 1/2	C	Flour
2	tsp	Cinnamon
1	tsp	Soda
1	tsp	Baking powder
2	tsp	Vanilla
1	C	Crushed pineapple, drained
1	C	Coconut
1	C	Shredded carrots
1	C	Chopped pecans

Beat butter; add sugar; then add eggs one at a time.
Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder. Add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla. Fold in pineapple, coconut, carrots, and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes.

Goodness Sauce
2	tbsp	Butter
1	C	Brown sugar
1	tbsp	Corn syrup
1/2	C	Orange juice
1	tbsp	Orange rind
1	tsp	Baking soda
1/2	C	Sour cream
1/2	C	Chopped pecans

Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and pecans.
