Ice any chocolate cake with this light green icing.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup creme de menthe

1 large container Cool Whip

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup white creme de cocoa

• Soften gelatin in water. Heat creme de menthe with creme de cocoa. Add to softened gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Mix in Cool Whip; whip together.
• Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
