Ice any chocolate cake with this light green icing.
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup creme de menthe
1 large container Cool Whip
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup white creme de cocoa
Soften gelatin in water. Heat creme de menthe with creme de cocoa. Add to softened gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Mix in Cool Whip; whip together.
