FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE

| CAKE |
| 1 | box | white or yellow cake mix |
| 1 | 3-oz. Box | 1 strawberry jello |
| 3/4 | cup | cooking oil |
| 4 | | eggs |
| 1 | cup | strawberries |
- Mix cake mix and jello. Add oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes. Add
strawberries and beat 1 minute.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured pans and bake 25 minutes at 350-375
degrees.
- Cool, remove from pans and ice cake with the following strawberry
icing.
| STRAWBERRY ICING |
| 1 | box | powdered sugar |
| 1 | cup | strawberries, crushed |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped pecans |
| 1/2 | cup | coconut |
| 1 | stick | margarine |
- Melt margarine and beat with the rest of the ingredients until
creamy.
