Drumstick Ice Cream Cake(revised)
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Source: Bonnie Young
Comments: This recipe is a family favourite, it tastes great and is easy to prepare. Tastes just like a drumstick ice cream cone. Delicious!!!!
*Updated comments: Due to the feelings about raw eggs in recipes, I would leave out the eggs and I don't feel it changes the taste at all. If it needed a little more liquid, add a bit of condensed milk.
Crust: |
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, approx. 46 |
1/2 c. chopped nuts |
1/4 c. butter |
3 tbsp. peanut butter |
|

- Mix wafers, nuts, butter and peanut butter. Press approx. 1
cup of mixture into bottom of 10" springform pan.
- Reserve remaining crumbs for top.

1 - 250 gram (8 oz.) cream cheese |
1/2 c. white sugar |
