This is a very easy recipe, since you use a box mix. It really livens up box-made cupcakes, with very little effort.

1	box	white cake mix -- (18.25 ounce)
1	bag	white chocolate baking chips -- (12 ounce)
2	tablespoons	finely grated orange zest -- (2 to 3 tbl.)

• 1. Line a cup cake or muffin pan with paper liners.
• 2. Mix cake mix according to instruction on box. Stir in the orange zest then stir in the white chocolate chips.
• 3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake according to the directions on the box.
