Glazura de Cafea (Coffee Icing)

Takes awhile to make but worth the effort!
| 7 | oz. | confectioner's sugar |
| 2 or 3 | tablespoons | coffee |
- Mix the confectioner's sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of very concentrated and very hot (boiling) coffee.
- Stir for 1/2 hour until creamy and then immediately spread over the cake.
