Coconut Dream Cake (Easy)

This cake is soooo good, sooo rich and soooooo easy to make. I always get raves when I make it. It travels well also but you must keep it cool.
1 | package | White or yellow pudding cake mix |
1 | can | Eagle Brand milk |
1 | can | cream of coconut (Mixer) |
8 | oz. | CoolWhip |
1 | package (6 oz) | coconut (use part of it) |
- Prepare and bake cake according to package directions using a 13x9x2" pan.
- While cake is baking, pour milk & cream of coconut in a measuring cup and stir till well blended.
- When cake is done, remove from oven and immediately poke holes throughout cake with a fork. Slowly pour cream of coconut over the cake. Cool completely.
- Top with Coolwhip and sprinkle with cocount.
- Refrigerate.
