Cinnamon Whipped Cream Frosting

| 1 | cup | heavy cream |
| 1 | tbl | sugar |
| 1/4 | tea | cinnamon |
In a mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat cream, sugar and cinnamon until thick enough to spoon over cake.
Good served over carrot, zucchini or spice cake.
