Kevin, forever the romantic, believes the way to that special someone's heart is through her stomach. So guys, take 30 or 40 minutes out to show that special someone you care. Hey, everybody knows how to spend money, and that's the easy way out when it comes to trying to impress someone. But to really show you care, give that special someone some time out of your only existence here on the planet to create a rich, luscious and delectable chocolate dessert to enjoy with candlelight and a bottle of champagne.

Remember, chocolate is well known not only for its popularity but for its ability to encourage the production of endorphins, the hormones in the brain that affect positive emotions. The key word here!

So lets make one!

Cake
10	oz.	Semi-sweet chocolate
4	tbsp	Butter
2	tbsp	Sugar
4	tsp	Flour
1	tbsp	Water
1	tbsp	Vanilla
2	tbsp	Coffee liqueur
3		Eggs, separated
1	tsp	Salt

• Preheast oven to about 400 degrees.
• In a small preferably non-stick saucepan melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. Mix in sugar, water, vanilla, coffee liqueur and flour.
• Cook, stirring slowly for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat. When the chocolate mixture has cooled slightly add the egg yolks.
• Beat egg whites until moderately stiff and then fold into chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Spread into buttered 8 inch spring form pan and bake for 14 minutes; remove from oven and allow time to cool before frosting.

  Note: Cake will barely rise (cake will be less than or about 1 inch tall) and the center will be soft.

Topping
1 1/2	oz	Cream chesse
1	tbsp	Vanilla
4	tbsp	Powdered sugar

• Beat softened cream cheese; add whipping cream and whip until peaks are formed; mix in vanilla and powdered sugar.
