I garnish with chocolate curls and long stem cherries that have been dipped in dark chocolate.

1 1/2	C	Heavy cream
1/4	C	Confectioners sugar
1/2	tsp	Vanilla
20		Chocolate wafers (Nabisco chocolate wafers)

• Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, until stiff.
• Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream on each wafer. Put together in stacks of 4 or 5.
• Chill 15 minutes. Stand stacks on edge of plate to make one long roll.
• Frost outside of roll with remaining cream
• Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

• Cut roll diagonally at 45 degree angle.
• Makes 6-8 servings.
