Chocolate Eclair Cake

Comment: This is the dish that is requested of me to bring to family gatherings. It's loved by all, and very easy to make.
1 | box | Honey Graham crackers |
2 | small boxes | instant vanilla pudding |
3 | cups | milk |
1 | cup | powdered sugar |
1 | (8oz) carton | Cool Whip |
1 | can | chocolate icing |

Beat pudding,sugar,and milk until smooth. FOLD in cool whip
until dissolved. Grease a 9x13 pan. Place layer of whole
graham crackers on bottom of pan. Top with half of pudding,
then layer of crackers,and rest of pudding. Top with graham
crackers. Moisten icing with a little milk.
- Put in microwave for aprox. 15-20 seconds, until smooth and pourable. Pour over crackers and smooth out. Best if chilled overnight.
