Original source unknown. This is a well-loved recipe shared with me by my neighbor Kimberly. This rich dessert is always popular!

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2/3 c chocolate milk syrup

2 Tbsp Instant Coffee

1 tsp hot water

1 c whipping cream, whipped

• Use your favorite chocolate crumb crust for a base. Press into Springform pan.
• BAKE: 325*F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool
• FILLING: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
• ADD condensed milk and chocolate syrup
• In a small bowl dissolve instant coffee in hot water and mix.
• ADD cream cheese mixture and beat together
• FOLD in whipped cream.
• Pour into springform pan. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls.

  TO SERVE: Remove from freezer & keep in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving. Return leftovers to freezer.
