Coconut Sour Cream Cake

| 1 | pkg. | white cake mix |
| 1/4 | c. | veg. oil |
| 3 | | eggs |
| 8 | oz. | sour cream |
| 1 | can (8.5 oz.) | cream of coconut |
| | Icing: | |
| 3 1/2 | c. | powdered sugar |
| 1 | pkg. (8 oz.) | cream cheese, softened |
| 2 | Tbl. | milk |
| 1 | tea. | vanilla |
| 1 | can (3 1/2 oz.) | flaked coconut |
- Cake:
- Beat all on low until moist, then beat on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Icing:
- Blend sugar and cream cheese, add remaining.
- Garnish frosted cake with coconut flakes.
