Mix the first 4 dry ingredients together. Cut butter into the mixture. Combine egg and milk together and add to the butter mixture. Press on the bottom of an 9x11 inch greased pan.
Sprinkle jello and sugar over the apples. Mixing well. Then layer over cake mixture.
Make a topping out of the last 3 ingredients, cutting the butter into the dry ingredients. Sprinkle over the red apples.
