Cheese Cake In A Blender
From the Kitchen of:

cup
Sugar

Eggs

8 oz. pkgs
Cream Cheese
Juice and Rind of One Lemon
1
tsp.
Vanilla
1
can
Evaporated Milk
Mix cream cheese and eggs in the blender. Use the liquefy.
Add sugar, lemon and vanilla.
Beat until creamy and then add one can milk. Blend.
Pour into two graham cracker crusts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.
Refrigerate for four or more hours. Overnight is better.
