3/4 | Cup | Walnuts, chopped |
Beat eggs thoroughly. Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Add to egg mixture. Mix well. Add walnuts. Mix again. Pour into 2 well greased 9" x 5" loaf pans and bake at 325° for one hour.
