1/2 | Cup | Crisco |
3/4 | Cup | Sugar |
3 | Cups | All-purpose flour |
4 | Tsps. | Baking powder |
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt |
Mix together sweet potatoes, crisco and sugar. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and then add to potato mixture. Mix well. Roll out on floured surface. Cut out with biscuit cutter. Bake at 350° for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until bottom of biscuits are brown.
