This bread is specifically for toast.

1		egg
2	tbsp.	water
1/2	C	sour cream
2	tbsp.	butter
1	tbsp.	sugar
1/2	tsp.	salt
3/4	C	cornmeal
1-1/2	C	bread flour
1-1/2	tsp.	yeast

Put ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, medium crust. Press start. Makes a 1 lb. loaf.
