Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy. Add remaining ingredients; continue beating just until smooth.
Place a well greased muffin pan in a 450F oven for 3 minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in muffin cup. Remove pan from oven; fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and serve popovers immediately while warm. Yield: 10 to 12 popovers.
