Prize Carrot Loaf

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in bowl and stir to blend well. Stir in carrots.

Sift dry ingredients together into mixture. Stir to blend.

Stir in nuts.

Spoon into greased 9"x5"x3" pan.

Bake in 350F oven for about 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
