1/3 | Cup | Vegetable oil |

1 | Can (8 oz.) | Crushed pineapple in juice |
Into a large bowl, sift together the first six ingredients. Stir in brown sugar and set aside. In a small bowl, mix oil, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stir in undrained pineapple. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until loaf is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove; cool on rack.
