3 | Cans (10 per can) | Buttermilk biscuits |

Fry bacon and set aside to cool and drain. Crumble. Saute onions and bell peppers in bacon grease until tender. Cut biscuits into quarters and dip in melted butter. Layer biscuits, onion/pepper, bacon and cheese in a bundt pan (2 layers of filling, 3 layers of biscuits - with biscuits as the bottom and top layer). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown. If top starts to brown, but the middle is not done, cover loosely with foil and continue to bake until middle is done. Cool 5 minutes, invert on platter. Serve warm.
