2 | C | Yellow squash, grated (raw) |
1 | C | Pecans, roasted |
Toss all the above ingredients into the oil mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into a 10" (greased and floured) bundt pan and bake 40 to 50 mimutes at 350 degrees (until tall and brown). Check with a toothpick to be sure the center of the cake is done.
