Pear-Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large food processor, mix oil, sugar, eggs and mashed pears, pulsing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Add to sugar mixture and blend well. Add milk, vanilla, nuts and mix thoroughly.

Turn into a Bundt pan or an 8x4-1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.

Let cool and slice.
